The heart of the villa is its pool terrace, which features a large pool, and a surrounding stone terrace. Dotted with lounges and sun beds, it also has an al fresco dining gazebo.
It butts against the enormous verandah, which is a dream in white stone and marble, and is furnished with additional dining and lounging areas. A fully-stocked bar is at the ready here too, and when the day is done, you can just step into the wonderful great room. ~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
