Set within more than an acre of beautifully manicured gardens and grounds, the six-bedroom property is a real stunner. It is grand and spacious and has been designed to really maximize the location, offering living spaces that easily blur the lines between indoors and out. For many, the pool area is the ultimate attraction. It is a large and elegant fixture topped at one end by a gorgeous pool house and flanked on another side with a charming al fresco dining gazebo. There is a stone sun deck fully furnished with lounges and dining areas, and a whirlpool stands at the ready. (Please note that the whirlpool is not heated, it is a plunge pool with water jets).
The villa features iconic island style and is a two-story property with airy and spacious terraces on both levels. The main level terrace has been furnished as an outdoor lounge and dining room, and inside, the more formal furnishings of the great room include a grand piano, living room and low-key media room with premium entertainment gear.
The enormous, modern kitchen is a gourmet's delight, but those with full bookings need not worry about meal or drink preparations as they enjoy the attentive services of a full household staff including butler, chef and housekeeping team.
The bedrooms are divided between the main villa and the attached cottage. There are two master suites with private terraces and lounges, and the remaining suites are also king suites, some with balconies and all with private baths.

Please note: There is construction at a neighbouring property. Intermittent noise disruption is being experienced. Construction is expected to be completed in December 2025.
Please be advised that construction of the padel courts will begin on Monday, July 21st, 2025, in the area south of the playground and east of Court 1.
The construction team will use the far end of the car park, and excavation equipment will access the site via the north end of the tennis courts.
While a significant portion of the construction is being carried out off-site, excavation works on-site will generate some noise and debris.
Working hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with equipment use starting at 9:00 AM.
The project is being managed by CIS Contracting, a professional team, and we expect minimal disruption to regular activities.
Construction of the base is expected to last 8 to 10 weeks, depending on weather conditions.
The padel courts themselves have already been ordered; however, manufacturing and shipping will take approximately 2 to 3 months. If all goes according to plan, the courts will be fully assembled and operational by the end of November.
