However, your two-bedroom villa itself is an appealing and private retreat. A focal point is the rooftop terrace. Here, you can enjoy the comfort of the outdoor dining and lounging found beneath the portico, but you can also take in the sunset, sunrise or starry nights from your private terrace too.
Just inside, the villa's pale blue and white palette continues in the large living room. This is open to the dining area of the terrace, and it features oversized sofas and chairs along with an entertainment system. Formal dining is here as well, and your full-sized kitchen is just steps away.

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 15 days prior to the arrival, all monies paid will be refunded minus all bank charges, processing fee and US$250.00 administration fee.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 15 days of the arrival date, 15% of the Gross Rental plus bank charges and processing fee will be forfeited.
~ If guests opt for deferral of dates, all monies paid will be applied to deferred dates and must be used within a 12-month period from original arrival date.
For new bookings made during the Christmas / New Year 2021/22 period, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation, 15% of the Gross Rental plus bank charges and processing fee will be forfeited.
~ If guests opt for deferral of dates, all monies paid will be applied to deferred dates at the same property and must be used within a 12-month period from original arrival date.
All payments remain non-refundable if the deferred dates are cancelled after rebooking new dates.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
