If you like the idea of a luxurious penthouse set in the midst of a premium resort, the stunning Villa Sugar Hill Village B305 will be of interest. It is often noted as an ultra-luxury property in the an already prestigious area, and with its location on the west coast of Barbados, it guarantees amazing sunsets and views.

The penthouse is part of the exclusive Sugar Hill Estate, and your stay gives you access to the community's fifty acres of manicured gardens and grounds, the fantastic Clubhouse and enormous pool, the state of the art fitness center with many ongoing classes and another swimming pool, four tennis courts, the wonderful restaurant, and the beach club access at the Royal Pavilion Beach, part of the famous Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel.

The villa is tucked into the resort's Tennis Village and this means your views from above will be full of gardens, flowers, and the lovely pool area. However, your two-bedroom villa itself is an appealing and private retreat. A focal point is the rooftop terrace. Here, you can enjoy the comfort of the outdoor dining and lounging found beneath the portico, but you can also take in the sunset, sunrise or starry nights from your private terrace too.

Just inside, the villa's pale blue and white palette continues in the large living room. This is open to the dining area of the terrace, and it features oversized sofas and chairs along with an entertainment system. Formal dining is here as well, and your full-sized kitchen is just steps away.

The two bedrooms both open to the rooftop terrace as well, and the master suite offers a king bed and sitting area while the second bedroom features dual twins. Both have private baths.

  • Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 35% of gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation between 45 to 59 days of arrival, 60% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation less than 45 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.
Covid 19 Policy

For new bookings with travel dates during the Low Season 2020, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :

1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

"The accommodation at Coral Cove was wonderful. The unit was spacious and beautiful and situated in a convenient location close to the supermarket and restaurants. We spent most of our days on the beautiful beach and enjoyed the sun set every evening. Our cleaning lady was amazing and did a great job every day. We all were very surprised at how early the construction next door started and from what we observed they worked all day. They are definitely trying to finish it. Barbados is one of my favourite islands and we will definitely return soon. Thank you for all your help and I look forward to using you again for future travel.
