Footprints Estate is a luxurious holiday estate in the heart of Barbados. The main property is called Footprints, while the cottage is referred to as Footprints North Cottage. When renting out the entire estate, guests will have access to plenty of space for up to 16 guests. There is a total of 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a powder room for guests. The property is located on the West Coast of the island near all sorts of attractions and activities.
At Footprints, guests will have many staff members to help create the perfect vacation. In addition to an on-call property manager, guests also have the use of a chef, pool person, butler, housekeeper, and laundress. Housekeeping is provided on all days except holidays and Sundays, while the chef is available to create delicious meals three times a day. It makes this villa a fantastic option for those who want to soak up the atmosphere and genuinely enjoy every minute in Barbados.
Five of the eight bedrooms are in the main house. One is on the second floor and comes with a king bed, flatscreen television, and an ensuite bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the third floor, including the master. The master suite offers a king bed, a sitting area, a television, two closets, and an ensuite bathroom. It also features a private patio with an outdoor tub. The last two bedrooms in the main house are on the fourth floor and come with king beds and private bathrooms.
The remaining 3 bedrooms are located in the cottage across the street. The cottage has its own pool, living space and kitchen. The cottage is less than a minute's walk to Lonestar restaurant and only a five-minute walk from Holetown.
Footprints is located behind a security gate for the top in privacy and has a quiet, tranquil courtyard. The outdoor area includes everything from private parking to a pool and a dining gazebo. The plot of land that the villa is located on measures over 12,000 square feet so you can explore and enjoy your vacation to the fullest. There are even manicured gardens and an infinity-edge pool for guest’s enjoyment.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 15% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation 59 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Peak Season / Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
