With seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, this villa sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably. Relax on the ocean-front terrace surrounded by lush greenery, and watch the tide flow in and out just inches away from your comfortable lounging spot under a shady umbrella. An outdoor courtyard, a dining pavilion, private gardens, a lily pond, and a private swimming pool complete the outdoor amenities that you can enjoy during your stay. Feel free to step right off the terrace to soak your feet, or head to the south or north sides of the property for some great ocean swimming. The front of the home hosts a view of a lovely reef.
The main villa of the property includes five bedrooms, while the private cottage includes two more. Ensuite bathrooms are included with every bedroom, and all have views of either the ocean or the gorgeous mature gardens. These gardens are beautifully maintained by the staff, which also includes a butler and their assistant, a chef, housekeeping staff, a laundress, and security. You won’t have to lift a single finger during your stay – just relax and let the view whisk you away from all your worries. The property manager is also just a phone call away to assist with any need you may have during your stay at Villa Mango Bay.
In addition to a beautiful open floor plan that is designed to reflect the historic Caribbean style, this villa features all the modern amenities you could need. WiFi, cable TV, a phone, a sound system, a safe for your valuables, and much more are found inside. You won’t need to worry about feeling cut off – though, once you experience the luxury of this private oasis, you may want to leave the modern world behind for good. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Minimum stay is between 5 and 7 nights.
The Event Fee will be US$10,000
Refundable Security Deposit of US$10,000
Other requirements:
• The function must not exceed the agreed amount of people
• The majority of houses are not big enough for excess car parking – You may want to suggest that taxis bring the guests to the house.
• One or two members of staff must be present for the function to represent the owner’s interest. The clients will be charged for the overtime incurred as a result of this.
• Further discussions to be had on how the staff can be used during the function.
• The staff will not under any circumstances be catering for the function.
• A catering company will have to be hired by the client and they must provide their own serving staff, bake ware, cutlery and crockery etc.
• The clients will provide all cutlery/crockery, tables, chairs etc. needed for the night.
• The client will be responsible for the clean up after the party and making right any damages.
• Please remember that houses are in residential areas and noise is a factor. As a result the will need to contact the police station for a license.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
