Set in the coveted St. James area of Barbados, it has direct access to some of the finest waterfront imaginable, and yet the gardens and grounds of this five-bedroom gem are fairly astonishing on their own. Added to the beauty and appeal of the setting is the fact that a holiday here is one in which any worry or care evaporates thanks to the attentive services of your household staff. A butler, chef and housekeeping team are there to meet your needs, and that means your vacation can be as relaxing, refreshing and restorative as possible.
For many visitors, the private beachfront is the jewel in the crown, and yet, the pool area is remarkably appealing, too. Taking an unusual and fluid form, it offers you views of the sea and yet is utterly private due to its screening lines of palms and native growth. The terrace is framed by the two-story verandah that fronts the villa, as well as velvety lawns offering spots of dappled shade or sun. You also have a gazebo for al fresco dining, morning coffee, evening cocktails or star gazing, as well.
The verandahs are designed as outdoor living spaces with fully furnished lounges and dining spots. Step inside and you find equally gracious décor. There is a great room with dual living rooms, a formal dining room and at the main level is a games room, fitness center and media room.
The five bedrooms have each been designed to serve as a master suite. They feature king beds, enormous and private baths, and large and private terraces with sea views. They are divided between upper and lower levels, with the ground floor suites opening to the gardens.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Moon Reach sustained more extensive damage and is presently closed as repair efforts are underway.
We will be sure to advise on the status of these properties as soon as conditions change.
