The charming Villa Sapphire Beach 307 puts guests even with the tops of the many swaying palms nearby, and offers a stunning view of the sea. A luxurious, Barbados villa, it features three-bedrooms and will be an idyllic place from which to savor an island holiday.
It is part of part of the Sapphire Beach community, and offers you direct access to more than 300 feet of private beach front along Dover Beach. Visitors also have free use of the two oversized, ocean front pools, the gardens and grounds, the modern fitness center and the benefits of a gated and secured community. Minutes from the St. Lawrence Gap, the airport, and the shopping at Bridgetown, it is also close to Oistins Fishing Village with its amazing dining and entertainment.
While days exploring the region are easily done from this villa, you can also savor a much slower pace, enjoying the amenities of the villa itself. After all, your expansive and private verandah does offer you some amazing views. You enjoy them from the full-sized dining area or the cozy lounge. You also see them from the great room just inside.
Easily living up to its name, the great room contains an oversized living room. With a blue and white nautical theme, it features oversized sofas and armchairs and a high-end entertainment system. A casually comfortable room, it opens to the breakfast bar that faces into the kitchen. This is a fully functioning, luxuriously appointed kitchen with marble counters and stainless appliances.
You also have the three roomy bedrooms that are each designed as private retreats. The master suite is a king suite with direct verandah access and a large private bath. The remaining suites also have private baths, and one offers a king bed and pullout sofa, while the final suite is a dual twin.
The amenities-rich Villa Sapphire Beach 307 can be a wonderful spot to holiday or it can also serve as a luxurious base from which you savor the delights of the island.

For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :

~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
