A spacious entrance hall leads to the main living area which features an open plan design and flows on to a covered dining terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the panoramic ocean views and breath-taking sunsets. For those looking to try their hands at some Caribbean cuisine, there is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances nestled into the corner of the living space.
Schooner Bay 204 sleeps up to four guests comfortably. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and features full marble en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The Master suite has direct access to the private terrace and bedroom two has a king bed that can be converted to two twins.
A range of activities can be enjoyed while staying at Schooner Bay including spending the day soaking up the sun while lounging by the free-form swimming pool and Jacuzzi or enjoying a swim in the warm shallow waters of the Caribbean Sea. For the more adventurous a selection of water sports are also on offer.
Guests also benefit from assigned parking, 24-hour security and facilities including fitness centre, sun loungers and umbrellas as well as the amenities in the nearby Speightstown such as shopping, restaurants, banking and more.

For new bookings made for travel in 2021, the property manager is modifying the booking policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit at the time of booking
~ Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
~ Christmas / New Year 2021/22 period: Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
For new bookings made for travel in 2021, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 15 days prior to the arrival, all monies paid will be refunded minus all bank charges, processing fee and US$250.00 administration fee.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 15 days of the arrival date, 15% of the Gross Rental plus bank charges and processing fee will be forfeited.
~ If guests opt for deferral of dates, all monies paid will be applied to deferred dates and must be used within a 12-month period from original arrival date.
For new bookings made during the Christmas / New Year 2021/22 period, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation, 15% of the Gross Rental plus bank charges and processing fee will be forfeited.
~ If guests opt for deferral of dates, all monies paid will be applied to deferred dates at the same property and must be used within a 12-month period from original arrival date.
All payments remain non-refundable if the deferred dates are cancelled after rebooking new dates.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

This end of island suits us PERFECTLY!!! The villa is very well equipped and staffed and we couldn't be more delighted. Speightstown is a gem that I hope remains a little rough at the edges for some time to come but with pockets of cool businesses to pique ones interest!
