Beautiful, tall, swaying palm trees grow in the majestic gardens. Koi ponds rest serenely in two open-air courtyards. The charming gardens lend a magical atmosphere to evening gatherings at the estate.
Views of the ocean and the gardens provide a calm setting for the drawing-room and private office. Beside the courtyards is a large, separate drawing room with a bar on the wraparound patio. A walk through the gardens leads you to a stunning pool.
The lounge area near the pool provides seating for 15 or more people allowing the group to relax together. Near the swimming pool is the dining area with beautiful views of either the gardens or the pool.
Near the kitchen, you’ll find two ground-floor suites ideal for those guests who must arrive later or for extended family who may decide to join. The garden suite features a private patio that provides access to the pool and the grounds. The suite has a double vanity and tub and a separate area with a bidet, standing shower, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom adjoining the garden suite would be excellent for children.
If you fancy yourself a culinary artist, you will love the kitchen. However, you won’t have to use it because your meals are catered based on your requested dietary requirements when staying at Bachelor Hall. The modernly equipped kitchen will help to make any event you host a rousing success. Three refrigerators and freezers, a standing wine cooler with double doors and an espresso machine will help meet your entertaining needs.

Your choice of an elevator or an elegant staircase will take you from the ground floor to the first floor. There you’ll find three suites, including the private main suite. Allow yourself to luxuriate in the beautifully appointed elegance of the main suite. Off the main suite, you’ll find a sea-facing patio and a breakfast terrace connecting the master to the oceanfront suite.
A third bedroom on the first floor features a balcony perfect for afternoon tea overlooking the pool. The last two bedrooms in the seven-bedroom villa are situated over the gym, where the newly renovated rooms have gorgeous patio views of the sea.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Note: Please note that during the passage of Hurricane Beryl, shorelines in some parts of the West Coast were significantly affected by beach erosion. The property is threatened in terms of beach access and the rehabilitation is in progress.
