Villa Landfall Barbados. The western coastal area of Barbados is home to some of the finest beaches and properties, and it has garnered the name of the "platinum coast" because of this. The Villa Landfall sits directly along the sands of one of the very finest of all of those beaches - Sandy Lane - and provides visitors with a list of stunning amenities, luxuries and comforts to savor during a stay.
To begin with, there is that beach front setting that guarantees you a private area to enjoy the waters, views and your treasured downtime. However, if you prefer a bit of privacy, the villa has this in great abundance. At the heart of the villa is easily one of the most stunning sights you might enjoy anywhere on the island - the courtyard with its hanging gardens, central fountain and surrounding framework of stone arches that bring you indoors to the shared living spaces.
This area introduces the amazing design concept that you encounter throughout the property - that seamless blurring of outdoor beauty and indoor comforts. Sunlight, water, and the lush plants of the island are found both inside and out. You see this in the courtyard but also in the pool area, several of the open-air lounges and the verandahs. The pool features an oval pool and a nearby hot tub with pavilion. This is furnished with a hammock lounge and nearby al fresco dining and outdoor kitchen.
The interiors are also abundant with style and visual appeal. Arched doorways, terrazzo floors, and immensely comfortable furnishings are the general theme. You find this in the home theater, the lower level lounge, the dining room and the living room. The bedrooms have the same tone and five of the six are king suites while the last is a queen. All have spacious, private baths and lovely views.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Holding Wedding while STAYING at the Villa:
The villa requires five nights minimum in the low season and 7 nights minimum in the high season rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is US$ 1000.
Holding ONLY Ceremony/Reception:
Winter Season US$2,500.00 per night + 10% SEL per night (7 days unless 3 days is possible)
Summer Season US$2,500.00 per night + 10% SEL per night (5 days unless 3 days is possible)
Clients are also required to hire outside caterers as well as rent chairs, tables, tents, glasses, cutlery, and crockery.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide to local ordinances.
