While that alone would make the villa a great choice, keep in mind that all guests have free use of the estate amenities that include premier golfing, world-class dining, a full spa, a fitness center, tennis courts and more. The villa itself is fully staffed with a butler, chef, housekeeping team, laundress and grounds team. This means visitors need only focus on relaxing and recharging during their visit.
This is easily done in the villa's amazing indoor and outdoor spaces. Whether lounging in the open air living room, reclining in the home theater, napping in one of the many hammocks or enjoying meals in the indoor or al fresco dining areas, you have much to enjoy in the privacy of the villa.
The bedrooms are also idyllic retreats and are divided between the main area of the villa and a smaller cottage. There are three master suites and each is a king bedroom with private bath, sitting area and access to the gardens or terraces. There are two twin suites and a double suite, as well, and all have private baths.

Qualifying Terms:
Minimum stay must be 7 nights.
Minimum rental rate is $4000 per week (excluding VAT and service).
For new bookings made for travel in 2021, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited and a credit can be taken to be used towards a future stay within the next 12 months from original arrival date.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

Our beautiful villa in Barbados (Landmark House) was ideally located on Paynes Bay.The kids had a great time on the beach and loved the water for swimming. The staff did an excellent job also with the cooking. Thank you for suggesting this villa and we are sure to be back next year for another vacation.

We feel like we hit the jackpot with this location. It was our first time to Barbados and we absolutley loved it. The beach is really stunning and the Sandy Lane Hotel was literally next door. Be careful though, you cannot get in unless you have a reservation but we called ahead for lunch and dinner and had some amazing meals there. Saying that our chef at landmark was also outstanding. We cannot wait to go back.
