As the name implies, this villa is designed in a two-story, townhouse style. It features a charming exterior that is mirrored by the beautiful décor inside. Enter through the front door and you are in the large and airy great room. This is done in an all-white palette softened by the use of honey-stained dining furniture, sea grass armchairs, and pops of cinnamon red in the living room area. An open floor plan space, the great room houses the formal dining area, the living room with entertainment system, and the gourmet kitchen. There is also a small office space.
The great room opens to the terrace area where a charming, private garden frames your al fresco dining room and outdoor lounge spaces.
The three bedrooms of the villa also open to private terraces, and all of them are on the upper level. The master suite is done in a cocoa brown and offers a king bed, and full-sized ensuite bath. The second suite is done in a creamy yellow and also has a large ensuite bath with garden views. The final suite is a dual twin suite with large ensuite bath.

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival, 15% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date at the same villa.
~ If guests cancel the reservation falling within the Festive Season, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited or kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date in the same villa.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

I visited Barbados with family and stayed in the house for 10 days. The house looked exactly as per the photos; very clean, amazing master bedroom with terrace and generally well-equipped. In addition the team at Sothebys were extremely helpful. The house is situated in a gated community which is peaceful and very quiet (so make sure this is what you are looking for!). In terms of the location the house is well placed (close to the beach and amenities) however would strongly advise a car as it is a long walk. We would happily stay there again
